The amazing cave system will fascinate adventurers young and old. In the museum, you can find out all about the caves’ formation and the legend of holy Beatus. There is also a children’s playground, restaurant and take away retaurant.
You can get to the St. Beatus Caves using the STI bus line nr. 21 from Interlake West or from Beatenbucht. You can also take a boat trip to Sundlauenen. From the boat stop, you can easily walk up to the St. Beatus Caves.

The Waldbrand fortress is an extraordinary artillery fort of the réduit national, which - compared to other forts - has an impressive entrance hall with almost cathedral-like dimensions.
The fortress is best visited with a competent guide - the Beatenberg Tourismus office will be happy to make a reservation for you.
Niederhorn is Beatenbergs local mountain. You can do lots of activities on this mountain with scenic views. Beside, the sunny terraces and the benches are inviting you to simply enjoy and relax.
