During a visit to an alpine hut in the romantic Justistal you will learn how real alpine cheese is made.
Together we drive to the romantic Justistal. There we start a 1-hour hike to the alp. Once you have arrived at the hut, immerse yourself in traditional dairyman life. Learn more about life and work on the alp. And, of course, how alpine cheese is made. The Senn will be happy to answer all your questions. As a final highlight, you will be served a small "senne breakfast" with mainly homemade products.
